This includes liaison with your architect and building control to ensure that the best quality materials are specified but always at the best price.
We have our own interior designer who can provide assistance in selecting elements such as flooring, sanitary ware, wall finishes, paint effects, electrical fittings and even bespoke furniture. Where savings are made then we are happy to pass these back to the customer. We will also refund any materials purchased which are surplus to requirements if we are engaged on a day rate basis and obtain materials on your behalf.
Negotiation of Trade Discounts
We are often able to negotiate special rates for the customer from our suppliers and network of trade subcontractors. This will help make your construction budget stretch further !
